EXTRA RADIO VERONICA
After we had finished the Radio Veronica pages we found some more photos
and other interesting things on Veronica, so an extra page.....
Whats going on here? Did the beach walk out to the Norderney, some 4 miles off Scheveningen, or
is it the Norderney visiting the beach of Scheveningen? On the 2nd of April 1973 the vessel lost her anchor
and ran aground on the beach. The crew was saved by the lifeboat and no action was taken by Dutch
authorities. On april 18 she was back at sea.
